Today was another record shattering day at the beach. We decided that since we used to do 300 push ups in a row, why not try 400. Well, once we got to 400 we decided that we needed a little more pain so we ended up going to 500.
Some day in the future we want to do 1000.

Which guy exactly in that picture above is supposed to impress me? 500 pushups? I hope you did another 25 sets and an hour of cardio as well. Congrats for looking like every woman in every gym across the nation “Push Up Master”.
