Workout: Flip Training, Jumping and Swimming

Time: 4PM – 6PM
Place: 26th Ave Beach
Crew: Mike Lightner, John Nuri Vissel, Elliot Waite, Kai Buchannan, Tapan Lockwood
Workout: Flip Training. Rest. 100 push ups and 100 sit ups. Rest. Worm 50 yards and back 50 yards, backwards worm 50 yards and back. Rest. Jump as high as you can until failure and handstands until failure. Rest. Experience the Man (stay in the ocean as long as jon nuri, or until you can?t feel your hands).
