This is a cool crossfit style workout that really gets your heart pumping and blasts your arms. 100 total pull ups is much harder than I thought and by the final round I was really struggling to do normal pull ups, there is no shame in doing jumping pull ups or cheat pull ups if your arms get too fatigued.
Equipment: Pair of dumbbells, timer, and pull up bar.
20 pull ups body weight
20 push presses with 35 lb dumbbells
