Elliot’s Morning Workout - Oct. 9, 2007

I did this workout just after waking up (3:00 PM).

Workout:

CrossFit style rounds, doing 21-18-15-12-9 reps of:

  • Thrusters, 20 pound dumbbells
  • V-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Ring pull-ups

Total Reps: 300

Performance:

Poor. Didn’t even time it. Dusting the rust off ‘em old bones.

Dude El, nice workout. I feel the same way man. I’m so lazy and all i do is homework and get fatty when I’m home. But no more… thanks for the workout, im doing it!!
