I did this workout just after waking up (3:00 PM).
Workout:
CrossFit style rounds, doing 21-18-15-12-9 reps of:
- Thrusters, 20 pound dumbbells
- V-ups
- Push-ups
- Ring pull-ups
Total Reps: 300
Performance:
Poor. Didn’t even time it. Dusting the rust off ‘em old bones.
