Warm up: 30 Minutes of cardio
Jump on the trampoline for 20 mintues
Ride the excersize bike for 10 minutes
Next… straight into the good stuff. SQUATS.

Workout:
CrossFit style rounds, doing 21-18-15-12-9 reps of:

Thrusters, 20 pound dumbbells
V-ups
Push-ups
Ring pull-ups

Total Reps: 300
Performance:
Poor. Didn’t even time it. Dusting the rust off ‘em old bones.

Eat breakfast: Eat as much as you can, preferably a combination of pork and potatoes.
