		<description>I found your article to be very informative and I enjoyed the information.  I think we need to realize how beneficial fruits and vegetables really are for us,  and how we need them in order to live healthy lifestyles.  I find that an easy way to have access to fruits as a healthy alternative snack over junk food, is having it already washed and cut up in my fridge so that I can grab it on the go.  We tend to make excuses as to why we cant eat healthy, but being prepared and motivated will give us the results we are looking for.</description>
