Beach Fitness Games

Here is a short list of games to play at the beach. Most of these games are taken from our workouts.

1. Tackle football. This is a classic and great cardiovascular workout.

2. Body surfing. Another great workout, however not really an organized game.

3. Sumo Wrestlin. This is one of my personal Favorites. Draw a circle in the sand and the goal of the game is to push the other person out of the ring. Try doing 2v2s, tag teams, or even free for alls.

4. Rock throwing. Track and field meets Scottish Games. Draw a line in the sand and see who can throw a large rock the farthest without stepping over the line.
