Wake up at 5:30, dont eat or drink anything and go surf. Once in water do not leave untill you throw up riding a wave, and realize you have to go in.
Feast.
Go out again, and then realize your arms are so tired you can not paddle a short board. Go back in, eat more, then go out again with a long board.
Finally, once it starts to get dark out, and your arms start working again, paddle out again and surf and yell at mexican kids.
