First day of Beach Fit for the summer of 2010. Ell and Veen were practicing back flips and handsprings on the sand and we ended up meeting some cheerleaders. They practiced the basket toss, cradle, and some other cool moves.

Wow, this can really give me some adrenaline rush. I was a member of a cheering team when I was in grade school. They asked me to climb on top of the other girls but they did not think of supporting me so there, I fell and my hips was really a pain. I never considered joining again.
