Workout: Gymnastics, Squats and Veen’s Circuit

Time: 4:30-7:00
Place: 26th Avenue Beach
Crew: Mike Lightner, Bodhi Shaffer, Naveen Hattis, Massimo Mara-Biggs, Eliot Waite, Jasbir Nijor, Mark Hansen, Daniel Nanas, Tapan Lockwood, Aaron Colton, and Athena Butler.

Workout: Body surf. Do various gymnastic lifts mixed with squats and leg presses. Run 100m, 10 push ups, run 100m, 10 handstand push ups with spotting, run 100m, 10 sprawls with 1-2 punch, run 100m, 10 plange training push ups, repeat this circuit until the cove. Jump into water off the cliffs. Repeat circuit again back to 26th beach.
