		<description>And anouther thing I forgot to add about that fatal bench press attempt is that the lifter did not rap his thumbs around the barbell had he done that this may not have happened despite the failer of the other guy to do a proper spotting.</description>

		<description>The bench press accident was the result of a spotting fail. The spotter should have used an over and under hand grip (deadlift grip) and his hands should have never left the barbell...he deserves a kick in head for that one.</description>
