		<description>Thats good to know, and true. Most of the workouts done for this workout require proper form. The 300 workout does cater to the already fit, not first timers. props.</description>

		<description>If you read the original article by Mark Twight, he&#039;s the fellow who trained the actors and stuntmen for 300 - he goes and says that the &#039;300 workout&#039; was actually a one time test and basically Mens Health got the story all wrong.
Doing the above as a workout will get you fit but could be dangerous if you were not already used to exercise.</description>
