Pullups – 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135lbs – 50 reps
Pushups – 50 reps
24-inch Box jumps – 50 reps
Floor wipers – 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
Pullups – 25 reps

300 Workout Specialist

If you read the original article by Mark Twight, he’s the fellow who trained the actors and stuntmen for 300 – he goes and says that the ‘300 workout’ was actually a one time test and basically Mens Health got the story all wrong.
Doing the above as a workout will get you fit but could be dangerous if you were not already used to exercise.

Thats good to know, and true. Most of the workouts done for this workout require proper form. The 300 workout does cater to the already fit, not first timers. props.
